What does the projected population growth look like? What is going on in the commercial arena - these drivers are among the most important. Wal-Mart, Home Depot and all of the other major commercial interests spend billions of dollars a year researching their locations. It makes sense to us to utilize that data and the ultimate decision of such a huge commercial interest in our own decision making process.

Our approach is comprehensive. We engage the local government and municipal leaders in order to gain a firm understanding of the leadership of the area. Through that education, we gain a better understanding of timelines thereby allowing our expectations and projections to be based on solid, proven information, not just an opinion. We involve the economic development committees so that we keep our fingers on the job growth of the area. We do a geographical analysis. We conduct a detailed analysis of the demographics. It is the combination of this and other research that provides us with a solid foundation to help our clients make decisions about their futures.
