The LMC Group has just closed on a deal for the owner at Dogwood Lakes Subdivision to bring 60 new homes into the community and area of Surf City NC. The community of Dogwood Lakes is located just below the Lowes on US 17 and Hwy 210. Recently, The LMC Group has been working in that area to resurge neighborhoods and developments that had been stagnated by the economy. The deal closed the end of July and already, lots have been cleared and construction is under way. The builder will be Stevens Fine Homes out of Wilmington. Stevens Fine Homes has been building homes in the Wilmington area for quite some time and is looking forward to serving the Surf City market.
